Origin Vector provides AI workflow automation, content operations and business operations consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and fees must be agreed separately in writing.
Consulting and implementation work may depend on the quality, completeness and legality of materials provided by the client.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
AI workflow and content operations work can improve process clarity, asset reuse and execution quality, but specific business results such as revenue, platform ranking, search visibility, conversion rate or customer acquisition are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in a written contract.
4. Third-party platforms
Some workflows may involve third-party services such as Meta, LinkedIn, social publishing tools, analytics tools, cloud platforms or AI providers. Their availability, permissions, policies, APIs and pricing are outside Origin Vector's direct control.
Changes to third-party platform policies or API access may affect service availability or require adjustments to the workflow.
5. Confidentiality and client materials
Client materials should be shared only when the client has the right to provide them for the relevant project. Confidentiality terms, if required, should be agreed before sensitive materials are exchanged.
