Data Deletion Instructions

How users can request deletion of authorization data related to Origin Vector workflows.

1. How to request deletion

To request deletion of authorization-related data or personal information held by Origin Vector, send an email to kiwizhao@163.com.

Please use a clear subject line such as: Data Deletion Request - Origin Vector.

2. Information to include

Please include the account name or email address associated with the request, the relevant platform such as Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, and a short description of the authorization or workflow involved.

We may ask for additional information if needed to reasonably verify the request and identify the relevant records.

3. What we delete

After receiving and verifying a request, we will delete authorization-related records, stored tokens, platform identifiers and other related data that are no longer required for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

If deletion affects an active workflow, related publishing, reporting or automation functions may stop working.

4. Revoking access on third-party platforms

You can also revoke application access directly in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or other third-party platform settings. This prevents future access by the application according to the platform's own controls.

Third-party platforms may retain data under their own privacy policies and account settings. Please review the relevant platform documentation for platform-side deletion or access controls.

5. Response time

We will handle deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification. If additional time is required because of technical, legal or security reasons, we will provide an update where appropriate.
